Molderez-Consult SRL, a company incorporated under Belgian law, BCE 0842.262.084, with its registered office in Brussels, is the data controller for personal data collected via remind-r.eu.
Categories of data processed
We process the following categories of data: identity (last name, first name), contact details (email, phone), professional data (company, department, role), training data (enrolments, attendance, results), issued certificates, and optionally national ID number (only when identity verification is required by your employer).
Purposes of processing
Data is processed for: managing enrolments in training sessions, sending automatic reminders (D-60, D-7, D-1), generating participation certificates, managing the company space, and tracking regulatory training obligations.
Legal basis
Processing is based on: performance of a contract (management of ordered training courses), legitimate interest of the controller (automatic reminders, dashboard), legal obligation (retention of regulatory certifications) and, where applicable, the consent of the data subject.
Retention periods
Data for active accounts is retained for the duration of the contractual relationship. After account closure, data is archived for 5 years (accounting and regulatory obligations) and then permanently deleted. Certificates may be retained for up to 10 years if a sector-specific legal obligation so requires.
Sub-processors
We use the following sub-processors: hosting provider (dedicated EU server), SMTP provider (transactional delivery of reminders and magic links). No data is sold or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the following rights: access, rectification, erasure (right to be forgotten), objection, restriction of processing, and data portability. To exercise these rights, please contact our DPO.
