Where does your training chain break?

Organise

1. How do requests and enrolments reach you? Through scattered emails and Excel files. Through a form, but with manual re-keying afterwards. Through an online portal, with no re-keying at all.

2. Who has a genuinely up-to-date session calendar? The coordinator, in their own file. A shared calendar, updated by hand. Every actor sees their calendar in real time.

3. How many tools does it take to organise a single session? Four or more (email, spreadsheet, calendar, folders...). Two or three. Just one.

4. Are your client companies (or departments) self-sufficient? No: everything goes through email and phone. We send them periodic reports. They have their own portal.

Train

5. Which training formats do you offer? Classroom only. Classroom, plus documents sent by email. Orchestrated blended: classroom, remote and e-learning connected.

6. Is your e-learning content reusable (SCORM, xAPI, cmi5)? We have no structured e-learning. Yes, but locked inside a proprietary tool. Yes, in open, portable standards.

7. How do you track individual progress? We do not really track it. Simple completion (seen / not seen). Detailed progress plus knowledge quizzes.

Prove

8. How is attendance recorded? Paper sheets archived in binders. Scanned or re-keyed afterwards. Digital, attached directly to the training record.

9. Finding the certificate of someone trained two years ago takes... An archive dig (if we find it at all). A few minutes of searching. A few seconds — and it is verifiable online.

10. Can a third party (client, auditor) verify your certificates? No, they have to take our word for it. On request, after an email exchange. Instantly, online (QR code).

11. In an audit, producing the complete proof (attendance + result + certificate) takes... Several days and several people. A few hours. It is immediate.

Maintain

12. How are refresher deadlines tracked? From memory, by someone who « thinks of it ». In a spreadsheet reviewed periodically. Detected and reminded automatically (D-90, D-60, D-30).

13. Do participants receive reminders before each session? No, or only the initial invitation. Yes, sent manually. Yes, automatic and multi-channel (email, calendar, SMS).

14. Is your no-show rate under control? We do not measure it. Measured, but endured. Measured and managed (waiting lists, follow-ups, framed cancellation).

15. What happens when a certificate expires? Nothing — we notice too late. It shows up in a report someone has to check. Automatic reminder and scheduled refresher.
