Purpose

These terms govern access to and use of the remind-r.eu platform, a SaaS service for managing training courses, enrolments and automatic reminders, published by Molderez-Consult SRL.

Access to the service

Access to the platform is reserved for authorised users (administrators, managers, trainers, client companies and their employees) with valid credentials. Any unauthorised access is prohibited.

Acceptable use

The user agrees to use the platform in compliance with applicable laws, not to attempt to bypass security mechanisms, not to distribute unlawful content, and not to infringe the rights of third parties.

Data and privacy

Personal data processed within the scope of the service is subject to the Privacy Policy accessible from this space and to the provisions of the GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679).

Intellectual property

The platform, its code, design and content are the exclusive property of Molderez-Consult SRL. Any unauthorised reproduction or extraction is prohibited.

Limitation of liability

Molderez-Consult SRL shall not be liable for service interruptions caused by external factors (force majeure, network outage, cyber-attack) or for indirect damages resulting from the use of the platform.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the judicial district of Brussels.
